Villa 2 at The Isles is a fully private, design-led residence just 0.3 miles from Fort Lauderdale Beach. One of only two villas on the property, this standalone retreat offers a seamless blend of elevated comfort and understated coastal luxury. From the moment you arrive, exclusivity defines the experience—private parking, gated entry and your own private 40' saltwater pool exclusive to Villa 2.

We're honored to host you in our home—not a hotel—and we kindly ask that you treat the space with the same respect and care you’d expect from your own. If any issues arise, we’re here to help. Please allow up to 24 hours for resolution or troubleshooting, though we always aim to assist as quickly as possible.

Important Information to Note:

Child Supervision:
This home is not childproofed. For safety, we kindly ask that children are supervised at all times during your stay.

Pool Heating:
The pool can be heated to a comfortable 90°F (32°C) upon request. During the warmer summer months, pool heating will remain off to preserve energy and comfort. Heating will become available again beginning in December. If you'd like the pool heated during your stay, please let us know in advance so we can prepare accordingly.

Scheduled Maintenance Visits:
To maintain the property’s high standards, we work with a small team of trusted professionals. You may see our licensed pool technician or lawn care team during your stay. They’ve been part of our extended hospitality family for years and are here to ensure everything remains in top shape for your comfort.

Check-In & Check-Out:
Standard check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. If you require alternate times, just reach out—while we can’t always guarantee flexibility, we’ll do our best to accommodate.
